Steuben's Uptown Philly Cheesesteak Review — Denver, CO

October 4, 2026|Malek Banoun

Is This Right for You?

What ages do you train?

Athletes 12 and up, plus adults of all experience levels.

I've never lifted before. Is that okay?

Yes. Most people start here. We begin with the basics and build up safely.

What if I need to reschedule?

Reschedule with 24 hours' notice, no problem.

What happens after my 6 sessions?

You keep everything. You'll leave with a plan you can follow on your own and the form to do it safely. If you want to keep going, you can roll right into the 10-Week Coaching program, so you never have to start over.

How does online coaching work if you're not training with me in person?

You get a custom plan built around your schedule and equipment, plus a 1-on-1 call with me every week. On each call we go over how training went, fix what's not working, and adjust your plan for the week ahead. If you live in the Bay Area, you also get 2 in-person sessions, one at the start and one at the end, so we can test your progress face to face.
